Welcome to Music Appreciation. In this class we will learn about the history of music since music began and what has inspired it to become how we know it today. We will also discuss how music influences who we are.
You will be graded through projects, research, participation, and essays. Daily tasks will be provided on this page as they are given. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Storey. I'm here to help.
What are we doing in Music Appreciation?
Monday: Get to know each other. Tuesday: Learn about procedures and expectations. Hand out supplies. Wednesday: Discuss the music you enjoy and what influences you. 30-Day song challenge. (Due today. 30 points). Thursday: Discuss what answers were put on the 30-day song challenge. Friday: Discuss music and how it began. Short Essay due. (20 points)
